Our products are designed to clean sub-micronic airborne particles, bacteria and radia active debris. Furthermore, these are resistant to chemicals, acids and organic solvents. Following are the construction features of our range: filter media micro fiber glass. media support aluminum foil. frame material aluminum/gi/ss/ms. frame type box/flange/channel. sealant epoxy sealed. direction of flow flange to cassette. size as per customer requirement. efficiency 99. 997 % down to . 3µ. thickness available 150 mm /300 mm. ipd--20 mm of wg fpd--50 mm of wg Hepa filters are manufactured with imported submicronic glass fiber media of 0.3 microns and above filtrations. In the normal design the glass fiber media is formed in to accordion pleats separated with aluminium separators and then sealed into the frame with suitable non dissolving adhesives. These filters are designed to give an efficiency of more than 99.97 % down to 0.3 microns with an initial pressure drop of less than 25 mmwg. Standard sizes available are.
